Joe Westerman scored a hat-trick of tries as Castleford made sure of their play-off place with a 48-0 thrashing of Harlequins, who look set to miss out.
Stand off Westerman touched down twice in three minutes and converted both to put the Tigers 12-0 up at half-time as Quins made numerous handling errors.
James Evans drove in low and Westerman went over at full stretch before Dean Widdars and Liam Higgins added tries.
Kirk Dixon held on to a kick to score and Brett Ferres completed the rout.
Quins must win their final game of the season at Warrington and hope Bradford and Catalans lose at Hull and St Helens respectively if they are to reach the play-offs.

Harlequins coach Brian McDermott:
"I'm disappointed. I wouldn't single out any part of the game, we just weren't in the races.
"We started to do things we wouldn't normally do, such as missing tackles.
"I don't know what's gone wrong. It's not injuries or suspension. We've got a group of people who care about rugby league in London - we haven't got blokes who don't care.
"I've been looking at myself every time we lose - we work very hard. Things aren't wrong in the camp, but they're wrong on the field."
Castleford coach Terry Matterson:
"I felt for Quins. It happened to us three weeks ago against Leeds.
"I concentrate on performance, and you're usually not too far away from a result if you do that. We toughed it out in the first half, and got to play in the second.
"To go into the play-offs with one game remaining is pretty pleasing.
"It's a good chance to build some momentum - I'm not afraid of going to Wigan away in the semi-final of the play-offs."
