Will you be t'one wi' the daffodil in your button-hole takethe2 so we know who you are like? Me - unlike all those with little faith - I think we are going to win!!!! By two like, which t'lovley Kevin Sinfield will choose to take in t'last 5 minutes of a very wet and windy match.....

Yeah Ronnie, I agree.......well played Storm. I enjoyed t'game and t'night out and would rather be there and not win, than not be there coz we ain't SL champions eh! Actually thought we played well, and certainly a hell of a lot better than away at Wakey and Cru or home to Salford or Cas, but our finishing let us down and we didn't play the refs game as well as Storm did..... If Donald had been fit might well have been a different result.... but never mind, after last night I am even more confident we are going to be there at Old Trafford come October so plenty of opportunity for you to listen to our lovely singing then......I will practice just for you! by t'way, you ain't my Ronnnie are you?

I did lady, shame we lost but i was pleased by the performance from the lads.
Those green eyes have been burning.
Frank showing himself to be the voice of bullshit that he always was. shame he's never played the game or even gets up from his piss soaked armchair to bother going to watch now is it!

It was a much, much better performance by t'lads.......
I was obviously gutted when t'lovely Kev went off.....
and think that our weakness on t'wing was there for all to see...
but we nearly got there and that has really pissed off t'also-rans....
You know, I think I might pop onto a more popular board and talk about.....well nothing really.....good morning, good evening, off t'pub.....over and over and over and over again.
Quality.....as t'lovely Cheese would say......

well frank does unless its his bladder!!
Anyway back to the game chat.
We can blame the ref's as much as we like, but we had chances to win the game and blew them. if we'd have scored them, then as a minimum the game would have been tied.
For me i was proud of the effort, and passion they showed and without donald, imo the second best winger in the league, behind pat richards, ablett and sinfield for most of the game.
Eastwood is beginning to show us what was promised alredy i think we're gonna have a great player in him.

I agree takethe2 - they showed a lot of passion and certainly that was t'main difference from their performance in t'sooooooper league games so far this season...
so guess the question is will they keep that level and intensity of play against Quins on Friday?
coz if they do, reckon we will be on for a big score....
see t'lovely Kev isn't playing.....sadly.....always a disappointment for me that.......

I'm hoping so, but i think this week might be a game too soon. We lost in 2008 against the sister worriers and won last year against a poor warrington side. Ok quins aren't playing so well, but they've become a bit of a boey side for us in recent years.
We know we can play at that intensity for big games, as we've proved in recent years, but is it possible to do so every week?
